This is the Brisket recipe, it requires minimal prep. The secret is to let it cook slowly overnight. The longer it cooks the softer the meat gets. I originally found this recipe on Jamie Gellers website but added the onions to the bottom of the pan and I also use a Gluten Free Beef Rub / Beef Seasoning I created after reading numerous recipes. Serving size depends on the size of the brisket roughly 1/2 lb or 300 grams per person before meat is cooked there is shrinkage. Just one of my family-friendly Kosher Gluten Free Recipes.
